Jennifer Polk is Research Vice President, Chief of Research at Gartner.
She Leads research planning and development for Gartner for Marketers with a focus on understanding the most pressing needs of CMO and marketing leaders and facilitating the integrated delivery of research across the practice in order to meet those needs. Defines and delivers research and advisory services to senior marketing executives to enable them to advance multichannel marketing, digital commerce and personalization within their organizations in order to better achieve business growth.
Previously, Ms. Polk worked at a digital marketing agency, developing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and business results. Prior to that, she led a social marketing center of excellence for Sears Holdings Corporate, where she helped multiple business units develop social marketing strategies, incorporate social into multichannel marketing and measure the business impact of social marketing on e-commerce results. Ms. Polk also held positions in brand management at Sears Holdings Corporate as well as roles in sales and account-based marketing at J.P. Morgan Chase.
